RAGE_WIN Rage ATI driver for Windows (Microsoft DirectDraw)

BRender 1.4 currently supports the following hardware accelerators:
ATI Rage 2 (DOS & Windows)
 
Also, alpha blending is now supported on the 3Dfx (Windows), S3, Rage and
Mystique drivers in the form of ARGB_4444 textures.

7.6	  Changing video modes

Currently, changing video modes is driver dependent.
(See the Driver Specific Release Notes).

For example, to change video modes in the ATI Rage , the z-buffer and back 
buffer must first be freed.BrPixelmapResize is then used on the front buffer 
to change to the specified video mode and the buffers are allocated again.
